Driver Support

• LeasePlan provides direct driver communication and support for all vehicle related issues.
• As specified by the service offering, this may include vehicle selection, advice and instruction on vehicle servicing & maintenance, breakdown and accident support.

Fleet Finance

• LeasePlan offers competitive interest rates providing protection from the fluctuating market.
• There are two finance structure options - Operating Lease and Finance Lease.

Fuel and Card Services

• LeasePlan's fuel card service provides cost savings and consolidates fleet costs into one invoice.
• This service is supported by LeasePlan's reporting tool which highlights fuel exceptions and provides a comprehensive history of all fuel transactions.
• LeasePlan can supply fuel cards for all fuel suppliers and can include additional costs such as car wash and secondary fuel requirements.
• 'Complimentary Car Wash' can also be offered.

Fleet Management Information Services

• LeasePlan's innovative systems technology provides easy to understand quotations, fully detailed invoicing and up to date reporting.
• Costs outside of the contractual arrangement can be itemised on the monthly invoice and via LeasePlan's internet reporting tool.
• FleetReporting - LeasePlan's internationally acclaimed reporting system is accessible directly through the internet and has the capacity to report automatically to your email in box offering a proactive reporting solution.

Insurance

• LeasePlan's insurance facility offers the protection of risk from vehicle damage, theft and associated costs including the identification of potential driver risk and ability.
• This includes, and is not limited to, Driver Training, Fully Comprehensive Insurance, Book Value Cover, Loss Recovery Assistance & Third Party Liability.

Vehicle Purchase

• LeasePlan has established relationships with all manufacturers and dealer networks, providing volume purchase discounts that are enjoyed by all LeasePlan customers.
• LeasePlan includes in this service the systems used to forecast replacements, purchase/replacement initiation in advance to expiry date, delivery support and reporting of delivery progress.
• LeasePlan will purchase the vehicle and accessories, providing specification support and administration.

Running Costs

• LeasePlan can manage and administer all costs that are incurred during the life of the vehicle. This utilises LeasePlan's pre-authorisation systems, pre-negotiated discounted rates and smart operating systems to keep track of every dollar.
• This includes, and is not limited to, Infringement & Fine Management, Glass & Vehicle Repair, Replacement Vehicle, Short Term Rental, Tyre Replacement, Vehicle Transportation, 24 -7 Roadside Assistance, Scheduled Maintenance & Servicing, Technical Inspections and Repairs.

Taxes

• LeasePlan can manage, administer and report on all tax relating to company vehicles including FBT, Road User Charges and Vehicle Registration.

Contract Services

• Contract services relate to the lease contract initiation, modifications and termination.
• These include, but are not limited to, Contract Extension, Early Termination, Vehicle Termination & Settlement, Vehicle Recalculation, Residual Value Coverage, Vehicle Reconditioning and Vehicle Sale.
