LeasePlan's FBT database communicates directly with your drivers via email making it much easier for you to file your FBT return.   An accurate and effective reporting tool that records your FBT exempt days is beneficial to your business.

For example a company vehicle with an approximate Market Value of $25,000, costs an average $10 in FBT per day. LeasePlan's FBT database provides you with accurate fleet data and provdies the information for you to make cost savings.

It's easy for your drivers
Drivers will receive an automated email message containing a link to the database prompting data input at the end of each month to ensure accuracy. They will then receive 2 further reminders if they fail to input the data.

It's easy for you
Your drivers will input data directly into an internet-based system where the data is automatically collated reducing administration and freeing up your time.  We even let you know when the data is available for use.

 

At the end of each quarter you will have access to:

• The data that has been entered by your drivers and LeasePlan including estimated market values for each vehicle, necessary to calculate FBT returns.
• Ability to update data where applicable such as pool vehicles and employee departures.
• A simple list of your drivers and vehicle details.
• Ability to report on current period or any previous period recorded - including up to 10 years of archived data. This data is easily downloaded to excel with the click of a button.

And you don't even need to remember to access the database - we will remind you, giving you plenty of time to submit your FBT return.
