  1. The Environmental Performance Report is not our Green Plan product, but it may be a useful snap shot for your business.
  2. The Environmental Performance Report is no more than a one-off indicator of the environmental performance of your fleet and does not pretend to be any more than that.
  3. For a more comprehensive service, please contact us to discuss our Green Plan product.
  4. LeasePlan does not take any responsibility for any errors or omissions.
  5. We will provide one Environmental Performance Report per customer.
  6. You must have a fleet of at least 20 vehicles.
  7. The Environmental Performance Report can only be produced if the following data is provided for each vehicle by the fleet Proprietor:
    1. Number of vehicles in fleet;
    2. Make, model and year of vehicles;
    3. Fuel type; and
    4. Average kilometres driven per year.
  8. The Environmental Performance Report will be completed within one month of provision of the above data.
