Fuel Cards
Your Fuel card is to be used for the purchase of fuel and top up motor oils for your vehicle.
The card should not be used to purchase fuel for any other vehicles nor should it be used to purchase non-fuel items unless specified by your vehicle contract.
Always provide an accurate odometer reading to the service station attendant at each fuel fill. This will assist us to better manage your vehicle.
Please allow 5 working days for the delivery of all new fuel cards.
Please call toll-free on 0800 LEASEPLAN (0800 532 737) if you have any difficulties with your fuel card.
It is imperative that you keep your fuel card safe. In the event that your card is lost or stolen, please report this to LeasePlan immediately toll-free on 0800 LEASEPLAN (0800 532 737). If this is not reported immediately, you may be liable for any costs incurred.
Please ensure that all fuel cards are destroyed at the completion of the lease/management period. Please do not leave the cards in the vehicle when it is returned.
