Accident Assistance

LeasePlan provides 24 Hour - 7 Day a Week Roadside Assistance to assist you in the event of an accident. Please call toll-free on 0800 LEASEPLAN (0800 532 737).

In the event of an accident please render any assistance necessary to injured persons.

Do not admit liability or make any offer or promise of payment.

Please take note of the following:
Other vehicle details.

• Vehicle type and registration number.
• Name of Insurance company.
• Damage to the other vehicle.
• Names and addresses of witnesses.
• Drivers name and address.
• Sight drivers license and note number.

Accident Site details:

• Date, time and location of accident.
• If attended by Police Officer, obtain name, number and station of officer.
• If at an intersection, note controlling signs at the intersection (traffic lights, stop sign, give way, etc.).
• Road and weather conditions.

Report to the Police:

• Where serious damage or personal injury has occurred, the Police should be advised.

Towing of Vehicle:

• If the vehicle is not drivable, please contact LeasePlan toll-free on 0800 LEASEPLAN (0800 532 737).

Please notify LeasePlan of all damage to your vehicle within 48 hours of the damage occurring. You will then be advised of the procedure for making an insurance claim, the assessment and repair of your vehicle.
