Marketing Manager
In this role your key responsibility is to develop and implement marketing strategies within the targeted market segments to meet organisational objectives. You will evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plans.
You will be accountable for managing staff related to marketing, advertising, promotional activities, communication, research and reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of an annual marketing plan and budget in conjunction with the Commercial Managers, ensuring all marketing activity is conducted within these boundaries and work towards achieving organisational objectives.
Some other key responsibilities include;
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Managing all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Analysing potential partner relationships for LeasePlan product lines.
- Support for the Commercial Strategy Plan with specific responsibility for items within that plan that require input or deliverables from the marketing team.
This role requires someone who demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge with a track record in delivering B2B service products. You will possess senior management experience in a marketing discipline within a multinational corporate environment. The ability to communicate effectively, foster innovation, collaborate with others and solve problems creatively will be vital to your success in this role.
The successful candidate will bring a superb track record of delivering strategic and tactical marketing plans. Essential to the role is extensive experience managing people and an ability to motivate staff towards achieving the organisational goals. Your strong understanding of customer and market dynamics will allow you to stay ahead of the competition and deliver creative solutions.
