Charles Willmer - Managing Director
Charles has been with LeasePlan since 1987. He joined the Company in the UK where he was Sales Manager for 3 years. He took an opportunity to work for the Company in Melbourne for 2 years in 1990 and this was followed by two years in Sydney. When LeasePlan decided to open in New Zealand Charles was asked to head up the company and he has been Managing Director ever since. Now a naturalised New Zealander with 3 Kiwi Kids, he and his wife, Louise, live on Auckland's North Shore where he is involved with local politics and his children's Schools.

Anthony Bayne - Finance Director
Anthony transitioned from chartered accountancy to LeasePlan following a stint in the mid 90's as CFO of Tairawhiti Healthcare. His current role covers LeasePlan New Zealand's financial planning, reporting and risk management as well as ICT and related topics. During Anthony's career with LeasePlan he has also been responsible for car remarketing, procurement and fleet operations.

Craig Ross - Commercial Director
Craig joined LeasePlan New Zealand in 1997 when it was a young company with around 1,000 vehicles under management and 12 employees. Initially he held the role of Operations Manager and later on Commercial Director. In 2005 Craig left New Zealand to start the LeasePlan United Arab Emirates venture. When Craig arrived in Abu Dhabi in 2005 to start the Company, he was the only member of the team. There were many difficulties entering a completely new region with a completely new product. As a result of the delays LeasePlan UAE did not put a vehicle on the road until April 2007. At the end of 2009 when Craig returned to New Zealand to take up the role of Commercial Director once more, the company had 1400 vehicles running on the fleet and had acquired a Dubai licence after a 2 year submission period. LeasePlan UAE now employ 20 staff with 14 different nationalities.

Johannes Jacobs - Operations Director
Appointed in 2007. Johannes has worked with LeasePlan in various management capacities since 2000. His roles have predominately involved operational management and included the negotiation of our supply relationships and the establishment and ongoing management and improvement of our operations teams. In his role as Operations Director he is tasked with determining the strategic direction of our operations team and ensuring the delivery of our strategic client objectives.
