Our infringement service is designed to ensure that we take the hassle out of speeding and parking tickets. Once a fine is received at LeasePlan, we email the details to the driver or vehicle contact and request they either arrange payment or provide us with the driver's details. If details are received, we arrange for a copy of the fine to be sent directly to them by the Issuing Authority for payment.
A Fleet Reporting report is available which details fines received over the last 31 days. You can see the nature of the fines and who incurred them (if the driver details were provided to us).
