End of Lease Process

The End of Lease Process is simple and easy.

If your current vehicle is being replaced, simply leave the vehicle with the delivering dealer and LeasePlan will take care of the rest.

If your vehicle is not being replaced with another LeasePlan vehicle you will have to return the vehicle to one of Turners/AutoInspect branches nationwide. To find the branch nearest you, click here.

If you are unable to return your vehicle to a Turners/AutoInspect branch, please let us know via email and LeasePlan will arrange transport. This option may incur additional charges and please be aware that transporters are unable to collect from a residential address.

No matter how you return your vehicle, please ensure you return the following items:
  • Two sets of keys
  • Two remotes
  • Vehicle operating manuals
  • Vehicle service book
  • Radio codes
  • Any CD’s or DVD’s relating to GPS equipment
  • Tool kit and jack
  • All accessories that came with the vehicle (ie cargo blind, mats, ipod interface)

So, once your vehicle is returned to AutoInspect, what happens then?

We appreciate that your vehicle will have had some wear and tear during the period of your lease. We’ve allowed for that in your lease contract. You can see a copy of our Fair Wear and Tear Guide by clicking here.
The team at AutoInspect, which is a fully independent, ISO accredited company, will inspect your vehicle. All damage will be itemised and presented on an Inspection Report.
