Building on the strengths of the original Maintenance Self Service Tool, LeasePlan have upgraded the entire system to allow our prefered suppliers greater ability to self authorise services, while maintaining cost control for clients.

EVOII_image smll.jpgWe will continue to follow manufacturer's service intervals and have endeavored to ensure our schedules match the manufacturer's recommendations as closely as possible. This enables precise control of requirements through LeasePlan's EVOII.

As part of the launch of EVOII LeasePlan have made it compulsory to use our Buyer Created Tax Invoice (BCTI) process. The benefits of BCTI, less paperwork and faster payments (if you choose), integrate well with EVOII, providing a streamlined end to end automation of approvals.
