Time to have your vehicle serviced?
LeasePlan has a network of approved Service Agents across the country. To find your nearest approved agent, contact one of LeasePlan's preferred service providers in your region or phone 0800 LEASEPLAN (0800 532 737).
To make the maintenance and servicing of your vehicle as easy as possible for you, simply follow these steps.
- Contact your nearest approved LeasePlan service agent and book a time.
- Tell them about the work that is needed. Don’t forget your Warrant of Fitness if it’s overdue.
- Let the service agent know that you have a LeasePlan vehicle.
- Do you need a loan vehicle? Ensure you let the service agent know well in advance. Supply is often limited.
- Make sure your vehicle handbook is in the vehicle when you take it in to be serviced. Please remind the sevice agent to call LeasePlan about the work required.
- The approved LeasePlan service agent will carry out the work on your vehicle once they’ve had approval from LeasePlan.
Please note you do not pay for the service, nor should you negotiate a price with the service provider. All of the costs are invoiced to LeasePlan at a pre-negotiated discounted rate.
