Dave Pedersen - Procurement Manager

Dave started at LeasePlan in 1994 as Account Manager for LeasePlan”s first large client. After spending 2 years working in Hamilton Dave made the move to Auckland to progress his career with LeasePlan and become Client Services Manager.

Due to his extensive knowledge of the automotive industry LeasePlan shifted his focus towards our suppliers and he is now Procurement Manager, where he is responsible for supplier relationships, and quoting, ordering and  delivery of all vehicles. Dave's client and supplier experience ensures that we deliver on our promises to both our customers and suppliers.

John Hutchings - Commercial Manager

John started at LeasePlan in 2004 after various financial roles including 7 years with PwC and some time as financial controller of a motor vehicle dealership. John now leads the Account Management team that develops and nurtures our entire client base. As an experienced Chartered Accountant John brings a financial edge to our commercial operation.

Matthew Dillon-Mayne - Business Improvement Manager

Matthew began with LeasePlan in 1999 as a Key Account Manager. Prior to being appointed Finance Manager in 2007 Matthew held numerous roles including Systems Manager, Fleet Administration Manager and Client Services Manager.

In 2008 Matthew moved into the role of Project Manager. Early in 2009 he was seconded to the SAP project and spent 5 months in Melbourne working with LeasePlan Australia. In his current role as Business Improvement Manager Matthew has taken on the responsibility of managing a number of large projects.
